Workplace Training
We understand that prevention is better than a cure, which is why we offer customized training services to help our clients proactively create a thriving workplace.
Harassment Prevention Training: California law requires all employers with five or more employees to provide one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to non-management employees and two hours of training to management employees every two years (and within six months for new hires). We draw on our experience litigating claims of harassment, discrimination, and abusive conduct to tailor engaging and interactive trainings that educate staff and managers to identify and prevent these problematic behaviors from occurring in the workplace.
Workplace Investigation Training: As complaints of workplace misconduct have become more common, HR specialists and managers are often tasked with filling the role of investigator. However, without adequate training, employer-led workplace investigations can go awry, and expose employers to potential liability.
