Sherli has conducted workplace investigations and represented employees and employers in harassment and discrimination matters since 2010. Grounded in her commitment to integrity and neutrality, Sherli combines her analytical legal background and interest in fact-finding with recognized investigative best practices. She prides herself in conducting thorough investigations that allow employers to make informed decisions on challenging and sensitive workplace matters.

Sherli provides trainings on a number of employment topics, including workplace investigations and harassment prevention.

Sherli earned her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she received the accolade of National Association of Women Lawyers’ Outstanding Student Award. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley with the high distinction of magna cum laude.

Sherli is admitted to practice law in California and New York. She is an active committee member of the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI) and an AWI certificate holder (AWI-CH).
